Weekend knitting

The turkey is now a faint memory. Desert is being worn on thighs and hips. Niss herd had a great time with the families. In between get togethers I was able to knit a few hats and mittens for the local charities. Knitting continues.

I was able to persuade eldest daughter to join in. She is knitting a small scarf for a child using the basket weave stitch. She wanted to try something a little more complicated. Though there are some minor mix ups in the scarf, I think it is very good for her third knitting project. It will look very cute when she is done.
