Now I lay me down to steek

Fair Isle pattern - technique from the Philosopher's Wool Company

Body tube - done
Sleeves - 2, done
Sewing machine – ready (new one sitting there ready to be used, old one was grabbed by Mo. Neither have been seen for days.)
Breath - holding
Courage – summonsing

Now I need time to gather all to begin the next stage. Anyone ready to place bets on when I take the plunge and start cutting? I seem to be avoiding it like a term paper.

Where's the wine? A bottle of wine is a key ingredient to dealing with steeks!

Or chocolate, at the very least.

Gee, I am still dinking with this post. Wine??? I doubt I would stay awake - and it still wouldn't be done. Time and wine - that would work. Time, wine, no kids,... vacation. Vacation, wine, no kids,... wow, looks like next summer.
:-)

Wait, you did meantion chocolate. I had that already. Guess that is why I am at this stage in the sweater.

MORE Chocolate!
